Cozy Studio walk to Park & Water

Quaint, great location (quite yet close to everything). Easy to find and check in/check out was smooth.

It would be great if there was tea/coffee available as it is a little walk to the shops.

Location - parks ferry wharf shops cafes restaurants hotel nearby, quietness, north facing studio,

Website said free onsite parking - it is street parking Mould issues in studio - windows need to be open all the time and cupboards kept open. The smell of bleach was very strong when we arrived so some sort of passive ventilation needed. Hairdryer could not be plugged in - must have bought it at the op shop or picked up off the street Leftover groceries in cupboard - tea coffee salt pepper and oil okay but not an opened box of rolled oats But all okay really

Proximity to city and being in a quiet location away from constant traffic. Able to access the ferry to circular quay 10 minutes away.

Shower could have been a tad hotter and water pressure slightly more Initially able to park close to studio… however later had to park 60 metres up the street.

Situated by a nice park with waterfront views. The apartment had everything you need for a stay in Sydney. Free street parking, quiet street, nice neighbourhood. Close to everything you could ever need by walking, public transport and driving.

The hot water cylinder is very small which lowers the time you can shower. Roughly 5 minutes before it gets cold but nonetheless the host was very quick to attend with solutions.
