A ház aljában volt egy kis bolt/kávézó ott reggeliztünk, így a lakásban nem készítettünk semmit, bár a lehetőség megvolt, mint hűtő, edények...
Sajnos a meleg víz hamar elfogyott, ha 3-an egymás után mentünk zuhanyozni, a 3.ember már hideg vízben tette.

1) Location of the flat is extraordinary for someone who wants to visit not only Pisa, but also Firenze (Florence), Lucca, Siena, Cinque Terre, etc. The bus station is at 20-30 meters away, to arrive to Pisa Centrale (Railroad main station) can be taken bus 5 (1 stop) or 3+ (2 stops), or by walk 7 minutes + Pisa Tower is at 20 minutes walk + Pisa Airport is at 10 minutes walk; 2) Flat is very comfortable, clean, small kitchen in living, 2 bedrooms and 1 big & comfortable couch (letter "L" type). No noisy neighbors. Trash bin cans are on the living balcony, it must be sorted (plastic / carton-paper / normal) and in living it can be found the trash pick-up schedule; 3) Landlord very helpful, every time I have asked something, I receive an answer and detailed information; 4) Breakfast (pastries/panini & coffee) you can easy come down at ground-floor (the flat is at first floor), walk 5 meters on the right side and you can find the Caffeterria SANTYBAR, very good products, very good services, very nice people! 5) 300-400 meters walking is a Farmacy and a COOP supermarket.
Flat a little bit noisy due to the old type windows, but after you walk and traveled all the day, it does not bother at all.

There are 2 separate rooms with comfortable beds and huge windows. There are 3 ACs in the apartment that is absolutely useful when it's hot outside. In addition, the location is great, the airport is 10 minutes away on foot, there is a cafe in the same building, and a great pizza restaurant.
There is a city noise (cars, motors) in the morning.
