The apartment is perfect for a stay in Genova. We got everything we needed from towels, kitchen appliances to food for breakfast. Amazing location! Only 7min from the train station, many cafes and stores nearby. Communication with Chiara was easy, and she always responded quickly! Can definitely recommend!

Location was brilliant and property was reasonably priced
Host was late for checkin and uncommunicative - on the day of arrival, I messaged 3 times about my arrival time and was ignored. The cleaning and laundry was yet to be finished when we arrived. The toilet seat is not attached and there was stains on the bedding. The toilet bowl and the sink also had an awful sewer smell. The breakfast is a nice gesture but it is simply store bought croissants with one small jam pot - inadequate for a proper breakfast. Unfortunately we will not be returning. I usually have great experiences on booking.com but this was my least favourite by far.
