extra stripe fee on the city tax :) - two flight of stairs + one internal - a bit damp but manageable - absence of toilet ameneties (and only one TP roll) - not fully blackout curtains

Clean and pretty bright apartment to stay. Great location and easy check in. We booked for three people so everything was ready to set up a sofa bed which was big enough. The photos are not so clear, because we thought that that’s a two story’s apartment, but the first floor is actually just an entrance hall. The bathroom is huge and the heater in the bathroom actually worked.

It was rather cold without the heating, and the AC said to not turn it on so in March it was kinda freezing. Mold as the result of the apartment being located under the bridge but honestly, it’s everywhere in Italy and there is no other way to get rid of that apart from cleaning it after every guest leaves. No spare toilet rolls, so with 3 people we quickly ran out of the only one that was given as well as the coffee capsules

La ubicación es muy buena. La disposición de la habitación está muy bien, con espacio para guardar la ropa.

En la calle del apartamento hay dos números 3. Nos costó un poco llegar al lugar correcto. El apartamento está en un segundo piso por escalera y luego hay otra escalera más. En la entrada hay un espacio amplio, pero falta un perchero donde dejar los abrigos. La ducha es grande PERO el agua caliente duraba 5 minutos, luego salía agua fría. El sillón no te permite abrir la puerta del balcón. Lo mismo pasa con la puerta del congelador, que tampoco se puede abrir porque la puerta del frigobar la traba (insólito). Faltan indicaciones de cómo utilizar el sistema de calefacción, que no anduvo y hacía frío. El tacho de basura no cerraba. La cafetera con cápsulas tenía una usada adentro. Las cafeteras también se limpian!! Es imprescindible que los anfitriones controlen que TODO funcione como debe funcionar antes de que entre otro huésped. No hay estacionamiento. El auto lo dejas en la calle y el costo es de unos 2 euros la hora.
