Posizione ottimale con tanti servizi nelle vicinanze e molti parcheggi intorno all'area per chi ha esigenze lavorative.
Immobile nuovo e ristrutturato di recente.
Facilità di accedere alla struttura.
Ottima qualità / prezzo rispetto ad appartamenti vicini più usurati
Parere personale: data la modernità dell'edificio e la sua posizione ottimale qualche accortezza in più per gli ospiti (es. cialde per il caffè), bellezza degli arredi interni che sembrano messi lì a caso, così come qualità dei lenzuoli porterebbe l'appartamento ad un livello 'luxury' reale.

appartamento praticamente nuovo, dotato di ogni comfort, accessibile e molto spazioso per nostro figlio in carrozzina, vicinissimo a tutta l'organizzazione dell'adunata degli Alpini e servito comodamente da un parcheggio vicino, negozi e ristorazione a portata di mano.

Casa meravigliosa, con una piccola salita di 20 metri a salire, attaccati a via San Vincenzo in pieno centro, pieno di negozi, cucina nuova, si vede che è stata ben ristrutturata, inoltre la palazzina di 2 piani e c’è pure l’ascensore .
Se arrivi in auto e non conosci potresti essere ingannato e il navigatore ti fa andare di sopra e poi dovrete scendere le scale, ma se mettete sul navigatore via Galeno dove c’è il parcheggio, siete a cavallo e non potete sbagliare

Ideally placed to discover the centre Genova, in a lively area 10mins walk to Piazza de Ferrari
The building is recent, the bedding was comfortable and we could get proper sleep despite being in an area rich with restaurants and bars
The flat features a 4G WiFi which hasn't been working for the duration of our stay
