Очень чисто и уютно! В квартире очень хороший ремонт, несмотря на старую мебель, было очень чисто. Квартира с приятной аутентичной винтажной атмосферой, вы чувствуете себя как у бабушки в гостях.
Немного про местоположение: квартира выходит на шоссе, шумоизоляция не очень хорошая, поэтому шум дороги, полицейских машин и ночных гонщиков будет всегда присутствовать даже с закрытыми окнами. Было бы замечательно поставить кондиционер, чтобы не пришлось открывать балкон.

Квартира отличная,очень уютная,комфортная и чистая. В центре города,все находится рядом. Остановка тоже над домом находится. У корпуса есть большой двор где можно припарковаться. Владелец квартиры очень внимательная и отзывчивая, живет рядом. В квартире есть все что по описанию на сайте и фотографии по факту.
