Близко к центру города. Рядом много магазинов, кафе, ресторанов. Пляж в 12-15 минутах ходьбы. Апартаменты на 4 этаже, в подъезде спокойно, шумных соседей не было. Добротный ремонт. Очень чисто. Кухонные принадлежности в достаточном количестве. Большой холодильник, стиральная машина, газовая плита. Кондиционер работает без проблем. Хорошая душевая кабина, с холодной/горячей водой проблем нет. Хозяин квартиры Тенгиз постоянно на связи.
Периодически неустойчивый сигнал Wi-Fi. В подъезде "уставший" лифт.

The apartment is very comfortable and FULLY furnished, with more amenities than any other place I've seen in Batumi in the same price range.
The owner and his son were polite and helpful.
The elevator is coin-operated. I was told it only accepts 0.05 GEL coins, which are not easy to come by... so I ended up using the stairs more than half the time (to the 7th floor!). Later I found out that 0.10 GEL coins also work. I wish somebody had told me.
Sometimes a really bad smell comes out from the bathroom, but that seems to be a common issue in Georgia.
There are a few light bulbs that need replacing.
