COMMUNITY FEES:
These fees are paid directly to our community association and are required for all guests. These fees are not included in your booking price. Once we receive all the necessary information to complete your community registration, we will request the community fees outlined below:

For rentals less than 31 days:
- In-Season (Memorial Day - Labor Day):
$8.50 per guest per night for guests age 6 & older
- Off-Season (after Labor Day and before Memorial Day):
$2.00 per guest per night for guests age 6 & older
- $20 per vehicle, per stay (4 car maximum)
- Day visit guests: $8.50 per guest per day
- A $20 community administration fee has already been added on to your booking fee.
- Please note - all fees and registration information must be paid and submitted 3+ days prior to arrival. Community will not accept late payments and will deny entry if not registered/paid on time.

*IF BOOKING LESS THAN 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE the community charges an ADDITIONAL $100 RUSH ADMINISTRATION FEE.*

Guests are required to register with Arrowhead Lake Community, however we will handle that for our guests. We will need the following information for registration:
- First and Last name of every guest over age of 6
- First and Last name of each driver
- Year, make, model, license plate #, registration state of every vehicle
- If any guests will not be coming for the entire duration of the booking we need to know the exact dates they will be at the rental.

For bookings 31 days or more:
Flat rate of $275 will be added on to your reservation after we have received all of your information.

Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, sports courts, lodge, fitness room, and game rooms. Pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day unless otherwise stated by community association. Amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association and are at their discretion. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack, etc.) or may be closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance, or other reasons out of our control.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN and USED BY GUESTS OR NOT. Community fees are non-refundable. These are the terms of Arrowhead Lake Community Association, and not the directive of the property owner. All community fees are sent directly to Arrowhead Lake Community Association.
