Lake view and access to the lake were the best as well as the canoes and kayaks.
The main level just didn’t cool off for the first few days. It was so hot and humid inside. But the AC in the bedrooms worked well. There was a smell on the lower level.

The location was perfect. The home is located on the water, with a dock, and gorgeous sunsets. The hosts were responsive and accommodating; they even let us take the kayaks out which turned out to be the highlight of our weekend! There is plenty of space to have family meals both inside and out on the deck. The home was also child friendly. With our two little ones, we stayed in the room on the bottom floor which was perfect.
We loved everything. But just a warning, the staircase to the second floor is a tight spiral staircase. Just something to note for those with mobility issues or large luggage.

Perfect location! Great for kayaking and canoeing. Short walk to the beach. House was spacious with a great layout.
