    The 22Land hotel is a small hotel (40 rooms) The staff is very friendly, efficient and eager to provide information on what's nearby to see, where to eat, etc... The room is spacious with a king size bed, a wall desk with chair and a small round table with 2 armchairs. On our day of arrival, there was a plate of complimentary fruits. The room would be OK if it wasn't for the extra hard mattress that felt like laying on a slab of concrete!? I did not get a good sleep, but if you like a hard bed, you would love it. The breakfast was just OK - once again it geared towards the asian palate. There is bacon and you can get eggs cooked to your liking, but there is only basic square white bread and no croissant/danish etc... While staff were great and the location good, the hard bed and poor breakfast would need to improve before I return.

    Breakfast variety non existent. No bathrobe despite Agoda app saying that there is! Press button for room cleaning but didn't come I don't think the button works. Only when we came back to the room, the housekeeper came!
