La hubicación es muy buena, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy nuevo. Todo muy cuidado. El propietario muy amable y nos dio recomendaciones y estuvo muy atento a que todo estuviera bien. Tener lavadora fue un plus y aparcar resulta fácil. Nos pareció un acierto haber elegido este lugar para hospedarnos y lo recomendamos.

Nos resultó muy dura la cama

This apartment is probably the best we have ever stayed in and we have travelled extensively. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and has all the equipment needed for self catering. The shower is one that you would expect to find only in a five star hotel! We had the apartment with a rooftop terrace which gave us fantastic views over the city and plenty of space to enjoy sun and shade where appropriate. Alessandro, the host, is also exceptional! Thank you for all your helpful advice and bottle of wine on arrival!

Having to return home!

The apartment was easy to find, has a lift, free street parking always available, and host Alessandro met us on arrival and responded to any queries immediately. He gave us useful information and a welcome gift of wine and snacks, thank you! It takes about 8 mins to walk to the nearest gate into Lecce, Porta Rudiae, but we often preferred to walk further along to Porta Napoli which takes you into the best bits of Lecce. The apartment is quite small but there are two big roof terraces, sun/shade at different times of the day. The morning sun terrace has 2 sunloungers and a table with 4 chairs. The afternoon sun terrace has bamboo screens for privacy and two sunloungers. Each has one outside light but unfortunately the intricate solar fairy lights all around were not working. Inside, the a/c is efficient and the wifi is super fast, there are electric shutters and it is quiet at night. The kitchen is perfectly well equipped for simple cooking and there is a large fridge and washing machine. Everywhere is very clean and the shower in the bathroom was particularly good. In Lecce we recommend booking a meal at the Giardino Secreto in their lovely sheltered courtyard, and day trips out to Otranto and to Gallipoli. For shopping there is a good sized Conad with plenty of parking quite close.

We did find the bed super hard for our taste, and there was a lack of small tables inside and out for putting drinks etc on The bedroom terrace needs a small table and 2 chairs (for a shady outside breakfast).

Notre appartement, le Scirocco, était exceptionnel, très fonctionnel et grand, avec deux terrasses bien équipées. Très bien située, à quelques minutes du centre historique. Notre hôte nous a donné des références de restaurants et plus. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et le recommandons sans aucune hésitation.
