Appartement neuf, belle terrasse, calme, climatisation, proche de la place Mazzini et supermarché Dok. 20 mn à pied de la basilique Santa Croce.
Parking pratique, mais 20 E/jour relativement cher. terrasse plein sud et donc trop chaude en Juin. Équipement cuisine insuffisant : pas de torchon, 4 assiettes donc impossibilité de se servir du lave vaisselle, pas de balai, pas d'eponge pour essuyer une table, les capsules de café ne correspondent pas à la machine, absence de rallonge pour brancher le micro-ondes...

Apartamento novíssimo, ótima localização. Ficamos 5 dias e acho que a proprietária está disposta a ouvir feedbacks e melhorar alguns itens, pois está no início de seu projeto.
Limpeza do chão. Embora tudo novo, faltam alguns utensílios úteis de cozinha como frigideira para por ex, fazer ovos para café da manhã, um jogo de facas pois só tinha a faca de mesa. E que a taxa de turismo e garagem sejam pagas em dinheiro pois não se aceita cartão

Ðie Wohnung ist ganz neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr ruhiges Quartier und in Gehweite zum Zentrum. Giorgia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war immer für uns da. Auf unserer Mietwagenrundreise haben wir den privaten Parkplatz überaus geschätzt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.
