Foarte aproape de centrul vechi, posibilitate de parcare apropiata, locație spatioasa dotată cu toate utilitățile.
Miros greoi de umezeala in apartament, necesita o investiție intr-un dezumificator.

Très bien situé à Lecce, central et calme. L’appartement est grand.
Beaucoup d’équipements cassés et dont les réparations pourraient être très rapides, notamment dans la salle de bains : flexible de douche dans un état lamentable, lunette des toilettes qui se détache, porte de la salle de bains qui ne ferme pas (trop gonflée par l’humidité, elle frotte par terre et les gonds sont en mauvais état également). Le ventilateur de la chambre (la clim est uniquement dans le salon) ne fait plus de mouvement de rotation (il est cassé aussi à priori ou je n’ai pas réussi à le faire fonctionner…).
