Victoria Apt - Historical Centre Lecce

The apartment was in a very good location, 10mins walk from the station. Close to all the sites of Lecce old town, bars and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable. Nice outlook of courtyard below. Host was very helpful allowing us to drop our bags at the apartment well before check in.

It was a quirky apartment, the design was not very functional. The second bedroom was basically as you entered the unit. The bathroom was off the kitchen and quite a hike from the bedroom. The apartment was quite run down, whilst it was very clean, their was wood rotting, a handle missing of a drawer in the kitchen, the pot which was used to heat water as there was no kettle was very discoloured. The shower curtain was too short. A lot of things I feel could be fixed with out much cost. I am aware from previous comments that the apartment is going to be renovated hence reluctance to spend money but that was mentioned in 2024 and still no renovation. The 2 courtyards are very basic could be spruced up with a few pot plants. The apartment has so much potential, lots of character and space, but a bit run down. Saying all this it was very well priced.

Nagyon jó lokáció, régies belső udvar, erkély, jó hangulatú apartman. Pár perc sétára minden fontosabb látnivaló, néhány bar is van a környeken, reggelente egy kávé vagy reggeli nem probléma.

A franciaágy nyigorgott, nem mondhatni, hogy kényelmesen lehetett rajta aludni. A másik ágy olyan helyen van, amit nem ér el a légkondi, így a késő nyári estén is nagyon meleg volt. A hálószoba falak igen koszosnak, kopottnak tűnnek sokat segítene az egész hangulatán egy tisztasági festés. A három TV közül egyet tudtunk beüzemelni. WC ülöke el volt törve.

Wonderful to stay in a converted Palazzo. Very roomy apartment with high ceilings and two outside terraces. Excellent location for restaurants and sites of interest. Very comfortable king size bed. Peaceful and quiet.

Apartment in need of some minor improved facilities, eg shower doesn't stretch to a full height one. Toilet seat was broken. Altough there was a coffee machine we were in need of a kettle as we like to drink tea sometimes. Overall though, there was everything we needed.

Ubicación perfecta, el acceso más cercano desde Porta San Biagio. Edificio antiguo y elmapartamento está en un primer piso, con escaleras.
