Would stay again!
We loved how stunning the resort was. The tree loft was comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool was nice. We all had a really lovely time and would visit again.
Lack of information. We were told to check the tv for all information but the channel didn’t work the entire stay. The pool slide was broken so my kids were a bit disappointed. We were not told that the inflatable pool slide was only available to use from 12pm and we got to the pool early. No water activities until the summer but no mention of that on the website or booking site. Our booking confirmation said we would have lake view but we didn’t have one and instead had a view of the back of another property. No washing up liquid and only 1 dishwasher tablet provided.

De boomhut was erg mooi, mooi ingericht. Leuke ervaring
Het bed op de bovenste verdieping. Dat lag minder goed als die op de 1e verdieping. En het was toch wel erg warm in het huisje. Een standaard airco of ventilator zou ook fijn zijn.

Fijn huisje
Huisje was redelijk schoon, bedden netjes opgemaakt en er waren voldoende handdoeken. Infrarood sauna was fijn na overdag veel wandelen door de bossen. Passen is volledig autovrij, fijn voor de kids. De golfkarretjes gaan niet snel, de shuttlebus rijd ook rond voor als je bagage hebt.
Helaas waren er geen horren tegen vliegen en muggen aanwezig. Door de temperaturen overdag van circa 25 graden werd het erg warm in het huisje vooral boven! We waren blij dat het ‘s nachts nog wat afkoelde maar dan kwamen er dus muggen naar binnen… koelende panelen of airco zou geen luxe zijn met warm weer De trap naar de bovenste slaapkamer is heel bijzonder en voor jonge kinderen (en soms vaders) aan de gevaarlijke kant.
