AWFUL

1. Key box was empty and we could not get into the apartment. Spent very frustrating 2 hours messaging and trying to call but we were ignored. After 2 hours, vague instructions were provided, leading us on a ridiculous hunt in bushes along the main road to find a spare key hidden in another key box in bushes. 2. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned — dirty bedding, used towels, and even a canister of nitrous oxide was left behind. Despite asking for the apartment to be cleaned that day, we heard nothing until 10 PM, by which point we were out and couldn’t let the cleaner in. 3. The bed was broken and unusable; we had to drag the mattress into the living room to sleep. 4. The owner promised to resolve things the next day. We left the key so that it could cleaned and bed sorted. When we returned at 6pm - no key was in the key box. We managed to call the owner’s number and they turned up and gave us the key. But the apartment had not been cleaned or the bed repaired. 5. Additionally, there was no free parking, despite it being listed and we also double checked with them beforehand. This is the reason we chose this apartment over others. We were advised to park an hour’s walk away for another free carpark. As we needed to park close by we had to pay €27 for just 6 hours of parking. A deeply disappointing and frustrating stay. We would recommend that anyone avoids this apartment at all costs.

While the location was excellent, with a small balcony and a very calm environment. The Wi-Fi was perfect, which allowed me to get some work done. However, overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for a group of three or anyone expecting fully functional amenities.

Our stay was not comfortable for three people as advertised. The accommodation isn't suitable for three adults, and I didn't appreciate having to sleep on a sofa. The bedsheet provided in the guest cupboard was not fresh, which was disappointing. Additionally, the amenities were lacking—there was no washing machine, no iron, and the microwave didn't work. To make matters worse, there was no oven available either. My daughter wanted to watch TV, but it only showed "no signal," which was quite frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for a group of three or anyone expecting functional amenities.

Ikke riktig kode på nøkkel boks, ikke toalettpapir, minimalt med shampo. Badet var i dårlig forfatning med dører som hang og slang, dusj som sprutet rundt, speil som ikke hang på plass. Fikk ikke internett til å fungere, og det var ingen instruksjon.

Emplacement en face d'une piscine et non loin du parc arboré de la citadelle, près du canal et desservi par un métro à 50m et d'un arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble, excentré du vieux centre-ville, au calme.

La location était pour 3 personnes mais seul le lit double était fait. Il a fallu récupérer les draps pour le 3eme lit dans le "stock" réservé aux personnes de l'entretien. De plus, matériel sommaire pour faire la cuisine ou même juste prendre un petit-déjeuner. Freezer du frigo qui a besoin d'être dégivré.

nous pensions avoir réservé un appart hôtel, et en fait c'était un appartement dans une résidence

manque d'équipement de cuisine, literie (manque protège matelas) pas de torchon de cuisine. Une seule table de nuit, sans lampe de chevet. Adresse incorrecte numéro de rue erroné ainsi que le nom de la résidence. Nous avions demandé avec parking gratuit, ce qui n'était pas le cas

Cela aurait pu être bien...mais à éviter

Emplacement top à proximité du métro , bel espace et lit confortable.

Dès le départ : parking payant depuis janvier et indiqué gratuit dans l'annonce. Pas de draps prévus pour le canapé. Serviette sale . J'ai dû me servir dans le placard où il était noté réserve. Cuisine très mal équipée : pas de bol, d'assiette creuse, d'ustensile, 1 seule casserole avec téflon complètement abîmé, pas de saladier, le filtre de la hotte est saturé de gras, et la hotte n'est pas raccordée à l'extérieur donc vive les odeurs dans l'appartement. La salle de bain: Vmc fonctionnelle ? Vu l'état pas sûre, plafond moisi, joints de la baignoire moisis, du calcaire sur l'étagère à savon, le flexible de douche percé. L'appartement aurait pu être sympa, bel espace mais porte qui se dégonde, prise à moitié arrachée. Cela est un détail mais des lampes de chevets et un volet dans la pièce principale qui sert de chambre 2 seraient appréciables. Mêle pas un balai pour nettoyer un peu. Heureusement qu'on est resté que 3 jours. Et tout ceci a été signalé, on me répond qu'ils sont désolés et qu'on revient vers moi.. message automatique je pense car aucun retour.

Idéalement situé mais minimaliste en termes d'équipement.

La.localisation impeccable, la possibilité de se garer à proximité, le calme des lieux.

Nous apprécions le minimalisme si tant est que cela reste fonctionnel et confortable, ce qui n'était pas vraiment le cas. Le séjour est impeccable, mais les meubles de la cuisine et de la salle de bain ont connu des jours meilleurs (porte du meuble de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, poubelle cassée dans la cuisine, frigo avec bac congélation défectueux qui gêne la fermeture de la porte...). Un petit souci de communication a fait que nous n'avions pas le linge de maison nécessaire : serviettes pour 2 et pas pour 4, pas de drap housse pour le canapé lit. Dans la chambre, une seconde table de chevet et des lampes de chevet serait appréciables. Un peu plus de vaisselle également, même si nous avons pu nous débrouiller avec les éléments présents.
