Super séjour dans une maison accueillante.

Le logement se situe à deux minutes à pied de la station Mitterie (ligne directe vers le centre de Lille). Il est bien équipé, le propriétaire est disponible et courtois, et la literie est très confortable !

Le logement est propre, mais quelques petits détails sont à revoir : présence de toiles d’araignée, chasse d’eau défectueuse et casseroles trop petites pour quatre personnes.

Fajn.

Ubytování je veliké. Je v něm komplet nádobí a šipky. Majitel byl velmi nápomocný s problémy, které se nám přihodily (po telefonu i osobně). Je to na pěkném místě.

Přihodilo se nám shodou okolností několik nepříjemných věcí, nesplachovalo WC. Ale majitel nám pomohl a vše obratem řešil. V noci byl vždy veliký hluk z okolních bytů a z baru. Nebylo zde bohužel úplně čisto. Platil se vysoký depozit, na vrácení se čeká dlouhou dobu.

Séjour convenable mais l expérience peut être améliorée.

Logement fonctionnel et spacieux / Bon emplacement géographique. Décoration originale. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Patio extérieur non nettoye. 1 voisin bruyant et bizarre. Revoir certaines prestations (pas de documentation sur la ville de Lille, plomberie pouvant être améliorée).

La déco jungle très réussie les livres à disposition .

La promiscuité avec les voisins, le manque d'insonorisation.

Joli appartement bien équipé, et commode pour un séjour lillois grâce à son prix.

La déco originale très agréable à l'oeil, les équipements corrects, la proximité du métro ( 3mn à pied et 20mn du centre ville), quartier et immeuble calmes, supérette Carrefour à 50m, zone commerciale à 15mn à pied. Noter qu'il n'y a pas de machine à laver mais une laverie automatique à 3mn à pied sur le même trottoir en sortant à gauche. Parking payant comme partout dans l'agglomération lilloise, mais quelques rues gratuites notamment les emplacements devant l'appartement.

Quelques problèmes de plomberie signalés au propriétaire qui s'est engagé à y remédier.
