Nice apartment at a great location to explore Lille for a few days

Very light and large apartment. Everything you need during a short stay in Lille was there!

One of the beds was on a sort of platter which you could only access by a small ladder. Besides you could not stand on the platter, so it felt a bit uncomfortable.

Perfection in the middle of Lille

Everything there wasn't a single thing wrong with the place. When you turn on the bathroom lights it will make a Bluetooth sound. We couldn't figure it out at first but there is a speaker in one of the lights. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we could need. Our booking was last minute so I appreciate them getting it together in a timely manner. Check in instructions were simple and easy to follow, Remi was awesome with communication and making sure we were all taken care of.

Do not stay at this dirty apartment

Nothing!

Apartment was very dirty with very poor Wi-Fi, no tv, no iron and board, the second bed was up a ladder which was very impractical. Contacted the owner to tell him we weren’t happy and he didn’t care. He shouldn’t have this apartment for rent in this state.

Chic, spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location

The property was beautifully furnished with everything you could want - fridge, washer, extendable table, comfortable furnishings and bed. The decor is chic and the outdoor area is private and beautifully lit - a real bonus. It is light and airy but feels cosy at night. The nearby Wazemmes Market is great without being a disruption. Town is an easy 20 minute walk and there is a large supermarket just round the corner. There are many bars, restaurants, bakeries and a lovely pizza takeaway nearby. The owner was friendly and communication was good. It’s great value for money, light and very spacious. We would definitely stay again (so long as the key issue was fixed).

The key was REALLY stiff to the point that I couldn’t unlock the door and it took my husband a long time to get in but the owner says this is due to be fixed soon. We couldn’t gain access to the property until after 5.30pm so we had to wait a long time (we arrived at 11.30am). It was a little dusty in places such as under the bed but otherwise it was very clean.

T'as bien situé et propre.

Préciser que le deuxième lit est accessible via une échelle donc ok pour des ados mais pas pour tous les adultes. La terrasse était sale à cause des pigeons ce qui était un peu dommage car elle était bien agréable.

Attention, pas de parking dans les environs Pour se garer cela coûtait 25 € les cinq heures La seule solution était de se garer en dehors de la ville, ce qui était compliqué Aussi, la terrasse était très sale, pleine de déjections de pigeons.

La décoration du logement à été faite avec goût

Le couchage du coin mezzanine n'était pas adapté pour notre famille. En effet nous ne pouvions pas mettre notre petit fils de 3 ans beaucoup trop dangereux ( pas de sécurité) et nous , nous devions nous mettez à 4 pattes pour allez au lit et ne pas avoir le vertige. Je pense qu'il faut donner beaucoup plus d'information sur ce coin nuit avec les inconvénients. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du coin terrasse qui était très sale et en stockage. Pour une réservation de 4 personnes, nous avions que 3 chaises, le 4e devait s'asseoir sur un marche pied.

Si vous êtes quatre personnes, cherchez ailleurs

Indications claires avant d’arriver, check in facile avec boîte à clef, appartement bien situé .Cuisine , salle de bains, bien équipés . WC séparés. Lit en 160 confortable

En fait de 2 “ chambres ” annoncées dans le descriptif , la 1ère est ouverte sur le séjour et donc sans intimité, la seconde n’est accessible que par une échelle, n’a pas d’aération possible donc mauvaises odeurs et moisissures, impossible de se tenir debout et même assis sur le lit sans toucher le plafond, pas de lampes de chevet ( car pas de place ) , mauvaise literie et VMC proche du lit particulièrement bruyante. Une honte de proposer un tel lieu pour dormir ! Cet appartement ne devrait accueillir qu’un couple.
