地点很好，离地铁站很近；房间布局合理，配置齐全。楼下有很多便利店和餐饮店，非常方便。
靠东边厨房玻璃窗户过于透明，致使整个房间即使深夜光线也透亮，影响睡眠。

Location, cleanliness and quick responsiveness of the staff
The quality of some kitchen utensils was not so good. Boards were worn down and glasses were of rather cheap quality. Curtains could be more thick so that there is no light early in the morning

Размеры квартиры не соответствуют заявленным. Это явно не 35м, максимум 25м. Вся мебель потертая, всего 2 полотенца на 2 человек, запах канализации из туалета, нет сковородки.
