    Unfortunately we changed rooms after first night to the 9th floor (smoking room) my fault wrong booking! Room & bedding smelt of cigarettes, and was alot noisier than the 2nd floor. Signs of age & wear & tear. Staff had cleaned & opened the window for our 2 nights, however staff were unable to supply a second pillow for my neck problem. Great location, smelly room & beding.

    The location is near to a station and konbinis. The staff are very polite and and accommodating. The room has complete ammenities. With toiletries and even fridge and microwave oven. The view from our room is nice. The bed and duvet were clean

    I hope the hotel makes more effort to eliminate the cigarette smell, it is still a far 15 minutes walk to shinjuku but bus stop is near and at least 3mins walk to subway exit with elevator access also a 10 minutes walk to Donki Shinjuku and Kabukicho area. There's also a grocery near. But overall it kinda feel secluded and far from tourist area and restaurants.
