The facility was a bit disappointing for us: 1. Access to the facility is quite difficult and even a bit dangerous. The entrance from the main road to the exterior entrance is quite narrow, and maneuverability is very limited. After entering the gate, you have to drive uphill on a very narrow path. This path is quite risky for large vehicles. Furthermore, if two vehicles coming from above and below collide, it's a nightmare. Reversing on such a narrow path was very scary. 2. The facility is inconvenient. There are two bedrooms and a bed on the mezzanine floor. To get to the toilet and bathroom, you have to go through the upstairs bedroom. You can't reach the toilet and bathroom without disturbing the other users. There's also a mezzanine floor toilet, but you have to be a hobbit to use it. There's no handwashing sink there either. 3. There isn't enough liquid soap and shampoo for cleaning the house. We informed the owner, but he didn't resolve the issue. 4. The person who handed over the keys didn't speak a word of English. Therefore, we didn't understand a word of French. 5. There was no tea kettle or hair dryer in the house. There were only bath towels, no towels for drying hands and face. Furthermore, there were no hangers anywhere in the house for towels and clothes. 6. We had great difficulty operating the electric stove. The same non-English speaking person was sent to help and explain. He managed to get it working after considerable effort. However, we had significant difficulty communicating. 7. While the house was generally clean, less frequently used areas, such as behind the beds, were very dirty.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Faszinierend ausgebautes historischens Haus mit liebevoll eingerichtetem Interieur. Es ist von einem wunderschönen Garten mit Zitronenbäumen umgeben. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf das Tal. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge ans Meers, in die Berge, nach Menton, Nizza und Monaco. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Entre montagne et bord de mer
La maison en pierre est ravissante et très bien équipée. L'intérieur très moderne contraste agréablement avec l'authenticité de l'extérieur. L'emplacement est idéal, à mi-chemin entre Menton et le village de St Agnès. Nous avons également fait une balade magnifique, plus accessible, le long du sentier des douaniers à Roquebrune Cap Martin
