Large and modern 3 room apartment on the first floor of a beautiful Provencal villa on the heights of Menton in a private domain only 2 km from the city center and the beaches of Menton.
80 m2 with fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, crockery, tablecloths. Air-conditioned apartment
Living room with large screen and tnt. WIFI.
Master bedroom with double bed and large closet.
Second bedroom with two single beds but possibility to adapt it into a double bed room. Bed linen provided with the possibility of changing on request (free change)
Large dressing room with washing machine.
Large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. Separate toilet. Towels provided with change on request.
70 m2 terrace with heated jacuzzi and sea view, sunbathing, garden furniture, summer kitchen with barbecue and table for your outdoor meals.
Direct access and parking space for one car in front of the house. In the event of arrival with 2 cars, please contact us in advance. Access to the private swimming pool of the owners living on the floor above is possible from 01/06 to 30/09 (unheated pool) and from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm except weekends. During these hours the pool is for the sole and exclusive use of holidaymakers. The spa on the terrace is exclusively for use by holidaymakers 7 days a week without restriction of hours (except at night...)

With 4 people you will have in this apartment the same services of a year-round rental rather than a simple rental for the holidays...

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The owners, Claudia and Frederic, are very welcoming and took good care of us. The property is modern and clean. Our favorite was the outside patio with jacuzzi and a beautiful view of Menton. It is a 5 minute drive from the town and about 15 min walk down a busy road (I suggest driving as it can be a little scary walking down). The pool is beautiful as it is surrounded by beautiful flowers and lemon tree. Please note the pool hours available during weekdays. The Wifi signal is also low in case you need to connect regularly.
We enjoyed our stay and thank our hosts for a great time!

Location très agréable, très propre, bien agencée et décoration tendance.
Accueil chaleureux de la part de Claudia, tout est mis en œuvre pour passer de bonnes vacances.
L appartement est fonctionnel, la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse est très appréciable.
Le stationnement se fait en face la porte dans la ruelle privée.
Nous recommandons cette location de vacances pour sa propreté, sa vue et son emplacement à 5 mn en voiture du centre de Menton.
