Owner was very friendly and helpul.
Room was perfect for our needs with tea and coffee facilities included. Decent value for money when compared to local hotel prices. Would definitely return.
Only slight criticism would be the lack of a small lock on the guest door. I appreciate that this is someones house but to me this should a standard if albeit cosmetic feature.

Mooie plek met mooi uitzicht. Ontzettend gastvrij ontvangst. Altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. Vlak bij Rotting Dean met heerlijk eten bij de White Horses.

Lovely friendly host, nothing was too much trouble. Great location with lots of privacy.
There was nothing we didn't like
But a couple of suggestions a small fridge in the room might be helpful and a mattress topper. Also a table and chairs outside for morning coffee. But it was perfect for us.

The seaside location. Bus connections.
No meal offer was available despite being advertised as such. Basic tea) coffee facilities were difficult to use..Kettle lead was so short as to be dangerous. No storage space: what drawers there were, were filled with owner's bits and pieces. The TV could not receive basic channels, like BBC 1 or ITV , only streaming services.
