Excellent gem of a hotel in a lovely location, great breakfast, staff were welcoming.

The hotel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating especially when it came to traveling with our dog, which made the experience even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable visit.

very helpful staff and nice breakfast. no lift which was a bit challenging for a 94 year old mother but that is my fault for not checking. nice touch with sweet treats in the room. would definitely go again maybe without the 94 year old.

We had a fantastic stay at The White Horses and would happily return. One of the main reasons we booked was the free on-site parking, and it worked perfectly. Although it’s a public car park, it was really convenient and made visiting the area completely stress-free. We stayed in one of the suite rooms with the bath overlooking the sea, and it was a lovely place to relax after a day out. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was superb, which made a huge difference during our stay. The large shower and Nespresso machine were also much appreciated. We stayed on the top floor and found the room to be really quiet. Another big plus was the location. We wanted to visit Brighton without staying right in the middle of the crowds and expensive city centre parking. The bus stop is literally outside the hotel, with frequent buses every few minutes and easy contactless payment, so getting into Brighton couldn’t have been simpler. The staff were also excellent. The receptionist gave us a really warm welcome, was always happy to help and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and was a great base for exploring both Rottingdean and Brighton. We’d definitely stay here again.
