Would recommend apartment for location, price and great place to stay overall.
Excellent location and flat as described, was met at the apartment and taken shown around. Very clean and tidy with basics provided.
Only 2 coat hangers in the wardrobe and no tea towels which would have been helpful, otherwise all great.

Nothing!!! I had a terrible experience during my stay at this service apartment. Before arriving, I was told that I could park my car in the apartment’s parking bay. I followed this instruction, only to receive a £100 parking fine later! The information was clearly wrong and came directly from Booking.com and the staff member who gave me the keys. I contacted them several times asking for a refund for the fine since it was not my fault, but no one responded or took responsibility. This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone very poor customer service, misleading information, and an overall bad experience.

Apartment is nice , clean , good location
Checkout procedure wasn’t straightforward, they just say leave the key in the main entrance yet they don’t give you a code for that . Spent 30mins trying to figure that out. Also put small kitchen cloths for cleaning
