Struttura: Appartamento moderno, arredato con mobili e materiali di pregio, corrispondente alle foto pubblicate e perfino meglio delle aspettative. Pulizia impeccabile, dotato di tutti i comfort (WiFi, TV, forno grill e microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, cucina con piano ad induzione e macchina del caffè. Erano inclusi perfino i detersivi e tutto quanto occorre. Abbiamo usufruito anche del comodo parcheggio direttamente sotto la struttura, disponibile su richiesta. Posizione: Strategica e comodissima: appartamento vicinissimo a tutti i servizi. Nelle vicinanze potete trovare ristoranti, centri commerciali e negozi. Host: Cosa da non sottovalutare, Adriana è stata un host fantastico: disponibile in qualunque momento a dare supporto e fornire consigli utili, dall'accoglienza fino alla fine del soggiorno. Professionalità, disponibilità, gentilezza e cortesia impareggiabili. Consigliato vivamente, ritengo sia una delle migliori strutture di Funchal, con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Niente, tutto perfetto

Very convenient location right in the city centre. Comfortable bed, nice cosy attractive interiors. Everything very clean and well supplied kitchen. In a building with mostly business offices, but quiet inside. Great to have option to park car in the underground car park there.

Very noisy at night as the double glazing wasn’t very good at blocking out any noise from the loud noises outside from the busy road/roundabout. Also found it impossible to close the window in the bathroom, which made it even noisier and very cold in the afternoon/at night/in the morning because of this. Also didn’t like that it would cost €60 extra to have sheets provided for a sofa bed for a night stay! I’ve stayed in a different property 5 minutes walk from there with a sofa bed at no extra cost before! It wasn’t clear on the profile of this property that it would cost extra for the sofa bed - only information about an extra charge for a baby cot… The host wasn’t very friendly either on messages.
