Center Marina view Gold Studio

the sofa wasn't that good for someone to sleep.

Studio Apartment. Breakfast not provided.

There was an undue delay in getting access to the apartment. The instructions on how to collect keys did not arrive early enough. I found them a bit difficult to follow when I did read them. I needed to phone the host to get clarification on where the lock box was located.

The view vas amazing, thats the biggest shining point in the apartment. Also the owner was very helpful and nice and he texted back very fast. I felt very safe in the building because you have a card lock everywhere, 2 outside doors and you scan card in the elevator and it takes you to the right floor, so only people with access can come to that building. Its near bus stop and its 15 min flat walk to the old city center.

It wasnt that clen, dirty windows, fingerprints everywhere, hair on the floor. Frame of the windows needs a little paint refreshment It also had dreadful smell coming from the bathroom drain. Parking isnt guarantied! But the owner gives you parking garage thats near and its the same price like the one that comes with the apartment ( if the parking spaces are free). If you get the space in the garage of the apartment its very thight and confusing because the garage is one way so you have to take into the accout trafic lights in the garage, space is on the last floor.
