Está bien ubicado, cerca de la estación Puerta de Atocha, que era lo que nos interesaba. Silencioso a pesar de estar situado en una vía con bastante tráfico. Las instalaciones en general están bien. Las instrucciones de acceso bien detalladas.

Las camas, pequeñas, estrechas, aunque eran cómodas. La iluminación en la zona de las camas escasa. El letrero junto al ascensor ( en varios idiomas) diciendo que los apartamentos turísticos están prohibidos en esa comunidad, por lo que se crea cierta tensión al cruzarte alguien en el portal por si es ese vecino "crítico" con ese tipo de alquileres.

Situación magnífica, cómodo y acogedor, con todo lo necesario.

al reservar no estaba claro que fuera tipo renta de hab y no hotel y lo descubrimos hasta que quisimos hacer check in

Althouth location is close to train station, we needed to cross several traffic lights to reach Atocha train station.

1. To enter the room, we needed to pass 4 doors, imagine if there is a fire in the building..... 2. The room is very small (normal in Madrid I suppose), however, the cleaning staff sprayed a big amount of air freshener in a tiny room. Air freshener is made of chemical and it was suffocating us during our stay. We were not able to open the only window in the room because it was next to the intersectin of two main streets (noise). In the evening, I wore a face mask to sleep because of the strong smell. 3. The shower stall floor was slippery, I almost fell in the shower. 4. Shower towels are small, glad we stayed only one night. In summary, the price does not justify the quality of the stay.
