Limpio y diseño moderno.
No es agradable llegar al portal y encontrarte carteles diciendo que los pisos turísticos están prohibidos en el edificio. Pero entiendo la posición de los vecinos.

Estaba limpio
Sin previo aviso y autorización nos cambiaron la ubicación,. Teníamos muchas maletas y necesitábamos estar cerca a Atocha pero nos tocó caminar varias cuadras y pasar calles con nuestro equipaje. El ingreso al lugar es de Lomas incómodo posible. La atención no fue oportuna. Pésima experiencia para ingresar. Nunca lo volveré a alquilar. Una persona que nos atendió en el lugar inicial no solo no soluciono sino que nos trató de manera grosera. El baño tiene poca intimidad, es traslúcido.
