Ci son stati dei problemi per il ritiro delle chiavi. Il check in era previsto per le 15,ma per permettere al servizio di pulizia di completare il lavoro sono stata avvertita di un ritardo di 30 minuti. Alla fine le chiavi sono arrivate alle 16.10.

La ubicación. Una zona tranquila de madrid, habían varias cosas cerca. El staff contestó con amabilidad a todas nuestras dudas.
Un poco pequeño para 5 personas. La cama del cuarto principal era incómoda.

Estaba bien situado y tenía todo lo que podías necesitar, salvo asientos y mesa
El sitio era demasiado pequeño y estrecho para 6 personas, no te puedes sentar ni a desayunar. Tuvimos un problema también con la ZBE de Madrid y nos dijeron que ellos se encargaban de todo y que no nos iban a multar, que lo hacían siempre. No hicieron nada, nos llegó la multa, reclamamos y nos dijeron nuevamente hasta en 3 ocasiones que ellos se encargaban. No hicieron nada y tuvimos que pagar.
