Wide Stylish-1Bedroom 1Bathroom -Las Letras

The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. The location in las Letras was perfect. Very walkable to the metro, the train, Retiro park, the Prada and Regina Sophia museum. Also there were many great tapas bars within an 8 minute walk. We really enjoyed strolling the streets at night and visiting several of these tapas spots.

No elevator and after a full day of walking in 90+ degree temperatures, those 2 flights of steep stairs were a killer!

Very nice apartment. Very modern inside, everything works perfectly and looks very appealing. Comfy beds, a lot of space even for 4 people. Close to Atocha Station, metro and whatever you need. Reina Sofia just behind the corner. Prado and Retiro within a short walking distance. Super good contact with the administrator who takes care of everything you need.

Probably there were some guests with animals before us - my wife has an allergy and we guess that by her sneezing. Or maybe the aircon needs undusting/unmoulding (quite unlikely - there was no smell so clearly it is either new or well maintained). Also, it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator - no problem for me but if someone has mobility issues, this might be a problem.

- Apartment is newly renovated - The facility was clean and very nice - Having a washer/dryer unit and full kitchen is a big plus - The location is a few minutes walk from public transportation/grocery, and it's centrally located to Retiro park, restaurants, Prado museum, and Reina Sofia museum - Having a workstation desk is nice for us to be able to work remotely - High speed internet - Quick replies via What'sApp

- Would love for the hosts to provide more toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soaps) for our 10 days of stay. The initial toiletries were only enough for 2 days. - There was no dish soap, we had to purchase it also.
