Superb location - supermarket, metro just round the corner, Atocha down the street, walking distance from Prado, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Royal.
Electronic key unreliable, but physical keys left inside the apartment.
Very small bathroom, not enough countertop space in the kitchen, no bedside tables.
Too many messages from hosts.
300 EUR deposit or 18 EUR non-refundable waiver on top of the price.
Requirement to throw away rubbish looked like a deposit trap hidden deep in T&Cs.

La posizione
L'appartamento era sporco al nostro arrivo. Sono poi venuti a pulire e hanno pulito benissimo.
Le due finestre danno su due piccoli cortili interni, stretti.
