This 1-bedroom apartment in Madrid is the perfect choice for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The apartment is located on the second floor, and access is exclusively via stairs, as the building does not have an elevator.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the stunning views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a table for two. The apartment also has a washer, a clothes dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

If I could award the apartment by itself a five star rating, I would—but there are other factors that reduce my rating. The apartment is compact and fully functional. The website photos are accurate. The location is excellent. We were able to see all of the main sights on foot. On the other side of the ledger, a printed set of instructions would have helped us with air conditioning and using the clothes washer. The drawbacks are these: a tight circular staircase of 45 steps worn badly over decades of use are downright dangerous, a light outside the apartment that turned on and off all night long ( the door and bathroom both have transoms that allow the light in) was annoying, and the pickup spot for the keys is quite a hike. Still, it meets the goal of location, location, location!

This place was amazing! So charming and cozy and within walking distance of everything. Guest Ready was so responsive, The accommodations were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was so comfortable and beautiful. It was a perfect spot to stay in Madrid!

Is not second floor is third. Also smell on the bathroom is real comes and go. Comes from the shower tube. Needs new pillows!! And the check in code didn’t work not at check in or out. I had the taxi wait for me. And the second time he had to turn around the block. The code numbers didn’t work! And thank goodness someone open the doors for me. And the other code did work. This was only to pick up the keys! First they say you don’t need to go than you have to pick them up. Was not expecting that.
