Posizione centralissima e buona isolazione con l’esterno. Locali ben puliti e accogliente anche l’arredamento. Arnaldo ha dato tutte le indicazioni precise x l’accesso ed è stato super disponibile per aiutarmi a ricuperare qualcosa che avevo dimenticato. Ottima soluzione per visitare Madrid!

La ubicacion es muy buena frente a la estación de Atocha. El apartamento es pequeño pero funcional y está bien en general.
Por dentro del apartamento puede ser ruidoso. Se oía mucho el secador del apartamento contiguo, así como la música. Aunque pararon antes de las 10.00pm, el ruido era alto.

This is a good location right opposite Atocha. The facilities are reasonable but not a proper oven and no washing machine so not somewhere that you could stay long term. There was also no communication from the host once I was in the flat, fortunately, I had no issues but I am not sure that I would have got help if needed. I regularly stay around Atocha and usually use one of the many hotels in the area and on balance, I think that these offer better value with more facilities.
