Der Ausblick von der Unterkunft ist genial. Man sieht direkt auf den Como See. Man hat alles nötige in der Unterkunft, dass man auch überleben kann. Wir hatten 4 Kaffeekapseln und 4 kleine Wasser spendiert bekommen. Es ist alles sehr im Altherrenstyle, aber es hat seinen Charme.

Parkplatzsituation ist ein Krampf. Man weiß nicht, ob man einen bekommt, oder nicht. Entweder unten auf dem Parkplatz oder oben die schmale Straße an der Treppe hochfahren und dann der 2 Parkplatz, da der erste privat ist. Die Unterkunft war so semi sauber, aber es war ok. Wir waren zu viert, da war der Preis ok. Auto ist ein Muss, da fährt wohl ein Bus aber der ist immer überfüllt gewesen. Also lieber Parkplatz suchen. Nehmt ein kleines Auto, wir hatten einen Jeep ist ok, hatte aber auch 0€SB.

This property has a big advantage which is the view from the living room, you can see the lake and it’s quite beautiful. Beds are large with comfortable mattresses and pillows, with clean linens. You have all you need in the kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, towels etc) if you need it. Quiet neighborhood, the bus stops exactly in front the property. Very nice downstairs neighbor, friendly and chatty. House is spacious.

Smells of cigarette smoke; especially coming from outside you can definitely smell it. Old dressers that also are impregnated with cigarette smoke and so the clothes caught this smell. Everything is old and dated and/or broken Broken shower screen door Weird plugs and you sort of have to shove any phone charger or hair dryer, and not all of them work. The wall plug behind the coffee machine is also broken and we avoided using it. No balcony No window nets therefore you can’t keep windows open especially at night as there are a lot of mosquitoes and wasps that come into the house. AC works but it’s not powerful enough and only covers the kitchen/living room. There are a lot of ventilators around and we had to sleep with them because it was very hot, and you can imagine it wasn’t the most restful sleep due to the noise. Upstairs bedroom very hot. Only 1 bathroom. Not necessarily related to the property - but keep in mind - if you wish to go to Como with the bus, sometimes the schedule is on an hourly basis and the bus will not stop if the driver feels it’s too crowded, so plan well ahead. Taxis are scarce too. Be prepared to walk.

الاطلالة جميلة جدًا

الوصول للسكن صعب جدًا اذا انتم عائله ومعاكم شناط كثير لا تسكن هنا ابدًا. للوصول الى السكن قدامك درج طويل جدًا. فيه حشرات في المكان. المواقف موجوده ومجانيه لكن بعيده تبعد 5 دقائق مشي وعلى مرتفع. الاضائات خافته شوي. ((((المكيف))))) موجود فقط في الصالة وغرفة النوم فيها مراوح.

شقة بطراز ريفي قديم و إطلالة جميلة على بحيرة كومو متوفرة بها كل الاحتياجات الأساسية للمطبخ و الغسيل و الراحة .

- الشقة تعتبر في الطابق الثالث و للوصول لها عليك صعود الكثير من الدرج او السلالم - موقف السيارات العامة من الصعب ان تجد لك موقف و قد تضطر للمشي لمسافات بعيدة من الشقة - الإنارة داخل السكن قديمة جداً و بألوان باهتة نوعا ما.
