    had a good stay and staff are accommodating. has an elevator too in case you have heavy or many luggages. only cons is you cannot leave a luggage easily. the staff is quite hesitant with guests leaving their luggages. they are saying they do not have enough room or space to store luggages even only for a while. I think they do allow but for a couple of hours only

    toilet paper ran out by morning, not replaced. bathroom wasn't very clean, especially the sink. hot water heater was on but not working. no shower curtain so entire bathroom gets wet. towels are added expense. but as solo traveler its a good deal. cleans beds and comfortable. but upper bunk too close to ceiling, cannot fully sit up as a guy at 5'9 height. the cage serves coffee, but no creamer available. must ask for sugar. main gripes was the bathroom and told that bottom bunk not available, even though I booked in advance. the place smells terrible right at the entrance and the area around the café. there isluggage storage, allowed even after checkout, very convenient. elevator is available. friendly staff.
