    My stay at this “hotel” was from February 26 to March 3 (5 nights). I arrived in Manila at 4:00 AM and, prior to that, had inquired if I could check in at 5:00 AM or at least earlier than the standard time, as their listing states they offer “24-hour check-in.” However, I never received a reply. I went to the hotel anyway around 5:00 AM, asking if they could accommodate an early check-in since I was staying for 5 nights. I thought they would be more flexible for a longer stay—after all, a few hours is negligible compared to 5 nights. But they didn’t grant my simple request, and their information was inconsistent. They said there were no available rooms, but then said I could check in early if I paid PHP 500 extra. Seriously?! I’m staying for 5 nights, not just one! In the end, I couldn’t check in early and had to wait outside at some coffee shops until 1:00 PM—the earliest they could accommodate me. Worst experience. To make matters worse, when I finally got to the room, I found cockroaches in the bathroom. On a lighter note, I must commend their two male staff, who were very kind and warm.

    During my stay, I had a cockroach free and clean room and the airco was a bit noisy, but other guests were of no disturbance Location is a off centre, and therefore not the best bang for buck in my opinion.

    The whole stay was terrible the AC wasn't working well there's no cold air at all. I had to sleep on the floor close to it so I can sleep didn't help that I had surgery it was painfully hot you can feel it through the ceiling and bathroom bad idea to take a shower in the afternoon. There's this particular girl when I was checking out giving me the bitch face wasn't friendly at all. Plus they don't have elevator if you have huge heavy luggage's with you, you have to carry it on your own.
