    I can see why it WAS a 3-star hotel… but I can also see that it was not well-maintained. Cons: The rooms have high ceilings. They have big and thick mattresses. I don’t know if it was just cockroach season but there are a hefty amount of those tiny cockroaches everywhere. The AC in one of the rooms was too cold for our thin blankets. One of the rooms’ design was not convenient at all, because there was a big gap between the ceiling and the wall that makes the sound of the adjacent room and the hallway go into the rooms—and it was designed on purpose, but I don’t see it’s point and purpose. The bathrooms are not so pleasant but manageable, just wear flipflops. Pros: The staffs are friendly, kind and accommodating tho. Also, I like the art pieces, the wooden furnitures, and their choice of sink style, like the faucets and the countertops. The overall interior design is giving antique— it’s got a mix of art deco and art nouveau design with a hint of maximalism. It has potential but it was just mishandled, I guess
