All did not go well. The female receptionist was grumpy, and I asked her if she could put me on the right side of the upper deck because it was empty and available, and she agreed and told me she would fix the bed first and change the bedsheet while I waited for her for a few minutes, but it took a while, and no one got back to me. So I went out to check on her, but I saw her busy talking to others, and she told me that the bedsheet will not change, and there I was in the bed on the left side that is empty upstairs because they don't have a clean bedsheet to change, so I went inside so I wouldn't get mad because she made me wait for a few minutes inside, standing for a long time. I looked at the bed that she insisted was available upstairs on the left side; I saw a cockroach crawling on the pillow and bed, and it was really dirty. I went out again and said it was dirty and had cockroaches. After a while, she brought a bedsheet but no pillowcase, so it means she is a liar because she said there was no replacement available outside, so she didn't come back to me. She fixed it and changed it, but the bedsheet was not properly placed; her work was sloppy. Then I asked her about the pillow, and she gave me a nasty look. She pulled out the pillow and placed a pillowcase in the receiving area before placing it back inside at the height of the bed. Her bedsheet cover was poorly made, crumpled, and not tucked in properly. I took a photo of the one with the cockroach. Seriously, I booked to relax, but I was very stressed by her behavior. They no longer follow the rules of the law, and the behavior is unpleasant and the floor is still dirty. I just made my bed because it was midnight and I was very tired. It's just annoying because choosing a room is pointless because they also mix the guests—if you choose the mixed or female dorm, you'll still be put in a mixed room; there's no difference even if the price is different. She's the only one I've encountered with such a rude attitude, not just once but many times, because I've been booked in this dorm. I hope this gets attention. One female receptionist is rude, the linen and pillowcase are dirty, and the CR is mixed up and dirty.
