For the price, I’d say it’s budget friendly. However, when it comes to the staff—especially the girl assigned at the front desk—I was really disappointed. She was not helpful or approachable. I don’t know if I was the only one who experienced this or if she treats other guests the same way, but I really didn’t like how she assisted me.
For example, I asked her if she knew of any laundry shops nearby aside from the one beside the apartment. She simply told me that she didn’t know. I understand that she may not know every business in the area, but I was expecting at least a little assistance or suggestion, especially since she was working at the front desk. Instead, I felt like she wasn’t interested in helping at all.
As for cleanliness, I also noticed that the common areas and garbage were not checked or cleaned regularly. There were times when the garbage bins were already full and didn’t even have garbage bags. If the bins are full, how are guests or renters supposed to properly dispose of their trash?
I’ve also worked in customer service, so I understand how important it is to treat customers and guests properly\. The front desk is usually the first point of contact, so having good communication skills and being approachable and willing to assist should be a priority.
I was actually considering extending my stay, but because of these experiences, I decided not to. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place. If you’re choosing it mainly because of the price, then it may be an option if you don’t have much of a choice, but don’t expect much when it comes to customer service and cleanliness.
