The staff were fantastic. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in the Philippines. Very good value for money too.

I liked the location, it is just a short walk from the downtown Makati city area which has lots of conveniences such as 7-11, Jollibee, anytimefitness, bakeries, restaurants etc. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were whenever I had a question or needed the door to be unlocked after coming back late after a day of travelling around Manilla. The room was great for the price too. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was fast and the price per night was very reasonable too. I have no complaints about my stay, and if I had a chance I would like to stay at Cheese hostel again if I ever come back to Manilla in the future. For anyone travelling alone or on a budget, I would recommend staying here. Thank you very much!
Nothing especially, except on one occasion the air conditioner was not functioning properly so the room was hotter than usual which made it hard to sleep. Luckily after another person in the room made the request a member of staff was able to come and fix it so the room was properly ventilated again.
