    This stay was not very satisfactory and there is definitely room for improvement. The service attitude was quite average and did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience fell short of what I expected. I hope the hotel can improve its management and service quality.

    A terrible experience! There is no staff available after 7 PM, so you have to wait outside the hotel while being eaten alive by mosquitoes. To check in, you must first contact the staff via WhatsApp, follow the check-in procedure, transfer the deposit, and send them the payment receipt. Only then will they provide instructions to get your room key. Once inside, there’s no toilet paper or bottled water—but ants, spider, and cockroaches to welcome you! We didn’t even dare to take off our shoes in the room. The air conditioner made a loud noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. I wasn’t sure if the towels and bedsheets were clean enough.

    Aircond cold 5/5 Toiletries must bring yourself(i dont mind about this) Parking infront of the hotel(open parking) Got got water(working perfectly as i want) If you check up midnight then just whatsapp the staff. Staff will help you through whatsapp(i really like cause i kind of tired that night because of traveling) Super easy to contact. Hope you have good of business
