    The dining area was dirty mugs had cracks and broken glasses there wasn’t food just coffee which ran out and it took an hour to get more. There was no cream for coffee. Terrible service for one egg and toast. Which was served with piece of tomatoe was told there’s cost for breakfast. $3 USD to just get one item, while it was included. Rooms were dirty washroom was dirty.

    Из плюсов- большой номер, наличие какого-никакого завтрака)) В номере вода еле течет, еще и соленая. Окно у нас выходило в вентялиционную шахту - не проветрить. Бассейн на краше по колено, так чисто для красивых фото на сервисах бронирования стоит)). Ну за эти деньги в таком месте - ничего нет)

    For the price, the hotel was clean, room was spacious (Junior Suite) with small refrigerator. Hard bed with a single sheet. Basic breakfast included. Fantastic location near both 5th Avenue and the water however the 2 LOUDEST BARS in Playa Del Carmen where 2 shops away making sleep impossible. Would not stay again due to the noise from neighbouring bars.
