    Very beautiful property - both inside the room and out, with the gorgeous garden that leads on to the beach club with sea view. I was drawn to the eco-chic, rustic aesthetics of the decor, which does not disappoint. The room is well-maintained, with a lot of decorative elements, and attention to detail - in how things are placed and toiletries offered. It's perfect for a short stay when you're in town. The property is located on the side of Playa del Carmen where many of the night clubs are located, so can be a bit noisy at night. But the vibe of the property once you're inside really puts you at ease. Worth noting also this side of the town has a lot of seaweed piled up when I visited in late Feb 2026, not sure why this is the case or if this is a seaweed collection point of some sort, but to actually enjoy a day at the beach, you'll need to walk over to the main beaches themselves, the closest one around 15mins walk away or so. It's easy to head out to the main street where the shops are, and there's a Circle K and a 7 Eleven close by a few steps away. Nothing to fault in terms of service, and I'm satisfied with the experience.

    Hector on the desk was nice when we arrived. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant area was nice but the service wasn’t great. We had to ask for menus and the bill as we had been waiting for a good 10 minutes for both. It was noisy from the bar across the road but we were too tired to care

    Close to most tourist area and having own small beach, but also very close to several night clubs, which work until 3-4am every night and it is a bit annoying.

    Relatively for the same price I could stay in a way better hotel room elsewhere. I could have spent more time to research for better hotel. Apart from the poor value for money, I would say the hotel has a very good staff hospitality and very accommodating. The check in experience was great and the room was decent. Beach wise, due to summer it was pretty dirty and the water was murky and made the overall sunbathing or swimming experience very bad. This is not the hotel’s fault. Maybe can check out for hotel that put up efforts to clean up those seaweeds/sargassum. Breakfast wise, not too bad though would love them to have free refill of fruit juice of coffee! Even for hotel room, the a water bottle is provide once per day and we may need to replenish it at the nearby convenience store.
