    Lovely convenient, traditional, simple hotel. We booked as it was close to 5th avenue and the ferry. It was a great location. Our room was large and clean with king size bed. We could walk everywhere we wanted to.

    When I fly into Cancun, but my destination is Cozumel, I've been staying at this hotel on my 1st and last night of my trip. It's close to Ado bus and the ferry. Also, its close to my favorite coffee shop...Ah Cacao. For those staying in Playa, it has a swimming pool and it's next to the beach. For those interested, often times there's some decent volleyball matches in that area of the beach. The hotel is clean and has comfortable beds. For those wanting to get to bed early, who are in the front rooms, the hotel has 1 major issue. The Mayan hold a concert with a lot of drums pounding till about 10 PM. While this entertains on lockers, your not going to be able to sleep through it. Afterwards, some of the night spots play music, too. So, if you want sleep, book rooms overlooking the swimming pool.

    We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was amazing. We had a sea view room and it was the best view and rooms are clean, comfortable and huge. The location was great too as you are just 20 steps away from ADO bus station and at the start of the 5th Avenue. All great restaurants, malls and shops are in close proximity. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you.!

    The hotel rules are very strict, you need to leave the photo id for everything you need, extra blankets, towels, if the pillow covers or towels get dirty you will get charged for it, the front desk are rude, they are very strict and the room has the damaged appliances and the faucets are dirty, very disappointed and uncomfortable stating, l will not recommend at all, very uncountable I was trying to speak with the manager with no luck, she never returned my email, it’s very clear they don’t care.
