    This is a beautifully designed hotel in a great location. The staff is exceptional, and they really went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

    Very nice and affordable hotel, not much missing, couple of issues with lights in the toilet etc, but nothing huge, it was clean, nice staff and excellent location. When I come back to Medellin i'll stay in this hotel again. And also the breakfast was nice!

    Luckily it was only for one night.! Incompetent staff and management. Lady at the reception charged me local tax fee entering the hotel and wouldn’t accept card for this payment. Demanded cash only. Wouldn’t accept US dollars either and wouldn’t accept Local Pesos in large bill so finally managed to settled it with smaller pesos bill. Managed to check in after 20 minutes waiting at the reception in that heat . Room is nothing like the photos. It lacks a window and like a prison cell and falling apart and dirty.. Best part is 2 hours later I’m asked to return another 200 pesos she claims she has over paid me from the change .!! All 3 members of staff including so called manager gang up and demand more money. I think this must be a scam.! I felt so vulnerable and did what they asked. So I have paid 5 times more the rate. Please be aware.!!!
