Great location, Clean and Tidy Place, Exceptional Service

Our stay was excellent, the location was perfect, the room was perfect, quiet, clean and equipped with whatever a travellor might need, Andrea was extremely helpful, we communicated over whatsapp, I had expected delays in responses over messages, but he was prompt even during late hours of the night when we had some questions, the kitchen was decent, clean and well managed. The property was well managed, I will recommend this place to anyone who is interested in staying on the outskirts of Milan or specifically in Monza. Everything is close by and the locality is safe. What more can you ask for!

Very clean, friendly host, close to the station.

The owner was super nice, also very responsive. Bed was comfortable. There is a shared kitchen with free snacks and drinks, which is nice and everything very clean and well kept. It’s a 5 min walk to the station, so easy connection with Milan, the lakes, etc.

It’s quite a noisy area, and the windows are not very soundproof. So if you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Also, we stay in Monza every year and comparing with other similar properties where we have stayed before it was a bit more expensive.

La perfezione esiste

Nuovissimo, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort (dallo spazzolino al ferro da stiro a una grande cucina equipaggiata con snack e bevande). Ogni camera ha il bagno privato e un terrazzino delizioso come valore aggiunto. Eravamo un gruppo di 6 amici in viaggio per un matrimonio e avevamo l’intero appartamento tutto per noi, è stato un soggiorno eccellente.

In centro e vicino (5 minuti a piedi) alla Stazione Centrale di Monza. Pulizia e cortesia, pronti a soddisfare eventuali richieste del cliente non previste.

Uma sugestão seria colocar algumas toalhas a mais a disposição. Ficamos 2 dias lá e por não haver troca de toalhas, elas não secavam e ficam encharcadas.

Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto e con mobilio di qualità. Letti comodi con doppi cuscini, servizio cortesia da hotel di lusso. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Posizione eccellente.

Optimale Unterkunft für Bahnreisende, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber!

Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad auf hohem Niveau. Mitbenutzung der Küche war optimal, der Host Andrea war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und bemüht, unsere Fragen schnell und positiv zu beantworten. Die Wohnung ist ideal, wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs ist. Monza stellt einen guten Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Mailand als auch für das Seengebiet dar.

Die Fenster halten den Verkehrslärm schlecht ab. Ohropax empfehlenswert!

Piccolo neo, il rumore eccessivo che proviene dall'esterno strada, ma Andrea, ottimo host ci aveva preventivamente avvisato.

Comoda, centrale a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 3 minuti dal centro. Stanza molto comoda con cucina fornita di tutto sia per la colazione che per poter mangiare in autonomia.

Super zentrale und ruhige Lage. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und 7 vom Stadtzentrum.

Andrea, der Host, ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausgang. Er ist schnell erreichbar bei Fragen und nimmt sich Zeit dafür.

Nur die Matratze habe ich nicht in guter Erinnerung. Für uns war sie zu weich.

Heel erg goed alternatief voor te dure accomodaties in Milaan

Mooi verzorgde kamer in Monza. Keuken voor de 3 appartementen heel netjes. Centrum van Milaan binnen 12 minuten met de trein die elke 10 minuten gaat.
