We feel cheated

The location of the place

We were not happy with the place because the shower was mouldy, it was disgusting to get a shower. Also, I looked on the kitchen a lot of cockroaches, because the oven was very dirty as well. In the kitchen only one stove worked, so it was difficult for us to cook, and we had to go out to look for food.

It woulf have been great if the property had some washing powder for the washing machine. Also the stickers near the entrance are invisible at night as the ink has faded so we had some troubles getting inside

AVOID AVOID - don’t risk ruining your holiday

Location for MONZA centre 5/10 min walk Train station 5 min walk

Arrived to No lights working or shutters so had no light for our stay, shutter in lounge was down so no daylight, shutter in bedroom was 3/4 down so no privacy and light shon though into bedroom 5am, shutter in bathroom open so no privacy, and limited fire escapes - little or no attempt from the host to resolve this. The solution eventually suggested by host was to go to the main plant room which serviced the whole apartment block ( in the dark ) and press things in there - I was in a foreign country in the dark expected to go and press things in a plant room controlling several apartment - this in my opinion was beyond responsible So to some up the brief time we was at the apartment was in darkness with no privacy

Assenza di una macchinetta del caffè..C'erano le cialde ma non la macchina (che magari non abbiamo visto noi). Per una notte sola va bene.

Pessimo, sporco.

Struttura sporca. Vari ragni e ragnatele presenti. Il mobiletto del bagno era rotto e totalmente sporco, pieno di polvere e di peli. Stessa cosa per la spugna dei piatti, piena di peli. Assenti anche i tovaglioli. Assolutamente pessimo.

No coger este apartamento, cuidado.

Tan solo se puede destacar la ubicacion.

Empezamos con que nos dejó un codigo de entrada erroneo y no se queria hacer responsable para darnos el codigo para poder entrar, nos llevamos una hora hasta poder solucionar el problema, despues la higiene era nefasta, el sofa lleno de porqueria, el horno con restos de comida y el suelo en general super sucio, la vitroceramica no funcionaba, el ropero y mueble del baño rotos y para terminar la cama cuando te tumbabas casi tocabas el suelo, sin exagerar, nunca he estado en un lugar como este, no lo recomiendo para nada.

Extrêmement déçu.

Le seul point positif c’était qu'il soit proche de la gare.

Logement pas disponible à 15h car le monsieur de l'entretien n'a fini qu'à 15h45.Logement sale malgré cela. Les draps et serviettes étaient sensés être propres... au lieu de cela ils étaient remplis de cheveux, les draps étaient sales avec des tâches indéfinissables, et les serviettes étaient extrêmement rêches. Matelas de la chambre avait une tâche orange et le canapé lit était extrêmement inconfortable. Pas de quoi nettoyer le logement, un fond insignifiant de liquide vaisselle, pas de lessive pour la machine à laver, pas de savon pour à minima se laver les mains. Pas stipulé dans l'annonce mais la prise du micro-ondes est humide (pancarte sur le mur), le logement est humide en général et le mur a côté de la machine à laver à des traces de moisi. En bref, un mauvais séjour, je ne comprends pas comment le logement à eu une note aussi élevé.

Ubicación y tranquilidad.

La tranquilidad y la ubicación del alojamiento está bastante bien, no se oyen nada de ruidos y está a menos de 5 minutos de la estación de trenes. Es muy cómodo y amplio, cuenta con casi todo lo imprescindible para unos días.

Echamos en falta un microondas.
