Clean, comfortable bed, but fix that thermostat!

Clean, spacious and comfortable

You could not adjust the heat, it was set at 25C and we had to keep the windows open to cool down. We tried to adjust it but it would not move. There is no phone contact to contact the host, and he took forever to reply. He just say to adjust the thermostat and we did. He never came round to help fix it. The noise from the streets were loud with the windows open

Generally a good stay. We had some problem with the self check-in process as the key lock wouldn’t open, but the owner&#

The location is very close to the train station. It has a kitchen and dining table which enables us to make some meals (but there was no basic cooking items like cooking oil etc other than 3 packets of salt).

It was summer during our stay, we find the air-conditioning did not provide enough cooling even though we set it to 16deg (it may need some maintenance perhaps?). The shower door did not fully shut but we were able to overcome this by turning the shower head towards another corner to avoid the water splashing out. We also find the bed rather soft and uncomfortable, but acknowledge this is individual preference and varies for everyone.

Very poor cleaning care

The house is modern with everything you need for a night, perfect location.

I called the property to understand if it would be anyone present for the check in because I would arrive later then I expected (after mid night) and de owner said that yes, it would be someone there waiting for my arrival and that I needed to pay more 10€ to late check(witch I did). When I got there, no one was expecting me so I paid for nothing since the online check in works as self check in. After running into some self check in issues related with the hardware system implemented, I was finally able to get inside the house only to realize that the bed was not clean as I show in the fotos below

Very nice accomodation

We appreciate Lorenzo's attention. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the necessary for a couple of days or a week... Near Monza station.

We had some problems with the shower drainage and informed Lorenzo; we hope everything is ok for the next guests. Also, one roll of toilet paper was not enough for a three-night stay.

Great value in a good location.

Aparment was clean and recently renovated. Location was great, short distance from train station and a 10 minute walk to the historical centre. The host was helpful and answered quickly! Check-in was easy via Vikey. Can easily recommend!

I would change the bed linen supplier, the sheets were a bit too thin. And I would’ve appreciated if answered in english rather than in italy.

We zijn niet in het appartement geweest.

We zijn niet binnen geweest. De verhuurder had ons een site gestuurd met gegevens die we in moesten vullen. De site werkte niet goed. We moesten steeds opnieuw beginnen. Op een gegeven moment dachten we dat het gelukt was. Dit was op zaterdag we zouden op maandag gebruik maken van het appartement. We hebben niks meer gehoord en dachten dat het goed was. Tot we na een treinreis van 13 uur bij het appartement kwamen. We belden de verhuurder maar hij wilde ons geen inlogcode geven omdat wij onze gegevens niet goed ingevuld hadden. Het was inmiddels donker en wij stonden buiten en waren moe. We hebben nog gevraagd of hij langs wilde komen om te helpen met het invullen maar dat was hij niet van plan. Wij zijn toen op zoek gegaan naar een hotel. We hebben dit doorgegeven aan Booking.com maar er is niks mee gedaan. We hadden al betaald en blijkbaar krijgen we niks terug. Bij anderen konden we gewoon een foto van ons paspoort sturen via de app. Helemaal geen ingewikkelde site die steeds vastliep. Voor ons is dit de laatste keer dat we bij Booking.com geboekt hebben. De scores die ik hierboven ingevuld heb kloppen.niet want ik ben niet in het appartement geweest. Ik weet niet hoe ik dit weer uit moet zetten..

Posizione comoda, dietro la stazione, 10/15 minuti per il centro. Appartamentino carino e spazioso

Servizi male male. Appena arrivati mancava l'cqua calda, i condizionatori bloccati e non potevamo riscaldare la casa. La risposta "può capitare ma io oggi non posso venire." Peccato, ma si vede quando non hai cura... aria puzzolente dai condizionatori, 1 bustina di bagno schiuma a testa per 2 giorni, acqua nel detersivo... non si può davvero vedere. Oramai acqua e caffè/the di benvenuto non li vedi quasi mai, ma l'hospitality è un'altra cosa. Qui la mia prima ed ultima volta. P.s. Il giorno dopo è venuto a sistemare i condizionatori e l'acqua calda... diciamo sistemare.

Die Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und der Stadt Monza war sehr gut. Wir waren für das F1 Wochenende dort. Dafür ist es eine sehr gute Ausgangslage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Host war auch immer gut zu erreichen.

La posizione. Vicina alla stazione e al centro di Monza. L'appartamento è di recente costruzione.

La pulizia generale della casa ed in particolar modo il patio. Letto scomodissimo. Mancava il doccia shampoo in doccia, il contenitore era vuoto. No microonde, no bollitore.
