Il voto è legato anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità di Andrea, che mi ha assistito durante il soggiorno premurandosi che tutto fosse a posto. La posizione in cui è situato l'appartamento è molto buona. La casa è silenziosa, situata all'interno di un cortile. Anche se non provvista di parcheggio, si riesce facilmente a trovare nelle strade adiacenti all'edificio. La cucina è attrezzata e molto comoda da utilizzare. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi.

La posizione. Vicina alla stazione e al centro di Monza. L'appartamento è di recente costruzione.
La pulizia generale della casa ed in particolar modo il patio. Letto scomodissimo. Mancava il doccia shampoo in doccia, il contenitore era vuoto. No microonde, no bollitore.
