Perfect location - cleanliness to be improved substantially
Location is fantastic. Right in the hearth of Monza. The apartment very nice with the master bedroom with wonderful terrace
Needs a lot more cleaning. The sofa in the living room was disgusting to the point that we did not want to use it. Also bathroom not at the level required.

Completo e con stile
Camera da letto fantastica e dalle generose dimensioni. Avere il terrazzino in camera da letto con una visuale simile é veramente un bel plus. Cucina arredata di tutto e di più.
Unica pecca il lucernario che ha la tenda che non scende quindi se siete abituati a dormire al buio questo può essere un limite.

Non è tutto oro quello che luccica!
La vista sulla città,posizione strategica x il soggiorno.
La pulizia dell'appartamento scarsa,luce del bagno insufficiente, piano cottura in condizioni precarie manopola del gas bruciata,tenda della finestra della mansarda non funzionante, quindi non si poteva oscurare la stanza x la notte...penso che L'appartamento abbia bisogno di qualche intervento...

La struttura è nel pieno centro di Monza, in zona ZTL, a due passi dal Duomo
La struttura risponde alle richieste in tempi mediamente lunghi; è impossibile accedere con un mezzo di trasporto privato, neppure per i 15 minuti che "sarebbero" garantiti nella mail di conferma, ma che telefonicamente non sono più consentiti; molto male le indicazioni fornite sui parcheggi, considerato che uno è addirittura chiuso per lavori e sarebbe senz'altro apprezzabile che non fosse elencato tra quelli utilizzabili (anche perché poi si rischia di entrare direttamente nella ztl). Il comfort della casa è approssimativo: se arrivi con il buio, la luce sul pianerottolo non funziona e nel bagno non funziona nemmeno la luce sullo specchio. A parte il letto matrimoniale posto sul soppalco, gli altri posti letto sono inadatti a accogliere persone adulte. La biancheria ed i cuscini sono deludenti. Anche la password del WIFI è inutilmente complicata.
